A digital marketplace and advisory platform built for smallholder farmers in Jigawa State, Nigeria.
Agriculture is the backbone of Jigawa State's economy, with over 80% of rural households depending on smallholder farming for their livelihoods. Yet farmers continue to face exploitative middlemen, lack of price transparency, and limited access to expert advisory services.
AgriConnect Jigawa was built to close that gap — connecting farmers directly to buyers, providing real-time market prices from Dutse, Hadejia, and Gumel markets, and delivering crop-specific advisory in both English and Hausa.
Direct connection between farmers and buyers means fairer prices for everyone.
Built specifically for Jigawa's crops, markets, languages, and farming seasons.
Simple, low-bandwidth design that works on any phone, anywhere in Jigawa.
Yes! Registration, listing produce, and accessing crop advisory are all completely free for farmers and buyers.
